The "SoB Poster Expo-Season-2" poster presentation competition took place at Ahsanuallah University of Science and Technology (AUST) on January 21, 2024, at M H Khan Auditorium. As a part of the co-curricular activity and to develop soft skills, Business Society of School of Business (SoB), AUST regularly takes this initiative. A total of twenty (20) teams from various semesters contested in this program and five (5) teams qualified for the final round. After the presentation and rigorous judgment by the judges' panel (Poster Exhibition: Mr. Md. Shak Forid, Assistant Professor; Ms. Rifat Parveen Bokhari, Assistant Professor; Mr. Md. Hafez, Assistant Professor; Ms. Afrin Sultana, Lecturer, SoB, AUST; Presentation Session: Mr. Salman Salem Shinwary, Associate Professor; Dr. Parul Akhter, Associate Professor; Mr. Md. Hafez, Assistant Professor, SoB, AUST), three teams (3) secured top three positions. They were from the second year/second semester, runners-up (second year/first semester), and second runners-up (second year/second semester). The chief guest was Prof. Dr. Mohammed Mahbubur Rahman, Honorable Pro Vice-Chancellor (Vice-Chancellor In Charge) of the university. Other special guests included several representatives from various industries, including Mr. Mohammad Showket Iqbal FCS, General Manager-Corporate HR, Epyllion Group; Mr. Md. Sazzad Hossain Talukder, FCS, Company Secretary, IFAD Autos Limited; and Mr. Rahat Mahmud, Company Secretary, Aftab Automobiles Limited. They have shared their career journey and provided valuable guidelines about the recent recruitment process, how to face job interviews, and how to choose a career path.
