From May 22 to June 03, the AUST Research and Publication Club's fall 2022 general member recruitment took place as it does every semester. During this period, recruitment was going on at the club fair. The main purpose of the fair was to introduce all the existing clubs of the university to the freshers and the running undergraduate students and encourage them to be members of these clubs by registration, which means a general member requirement event at the venue, TT Ground. Each club's stall was set up with members of the committee in attendance. This semester's club fair was the first time for the Aust Research and Publication Club. The students' reaction to the club as a new club was good on the first day, as was the response to the registration. The answer was better on the 2nd and 3rd days. The Vice Chancellor of AUST, Prof. Dr. Muhammad Fazli Ilahi Sir, visited the fair on the 2nd day.
The general member recruitment event AUST Research and Club proved to be successful in attracting a diverse range of individuals interested in joining the club. A significant number of attendees signed up for membership, reflecting their enthusiasm and willingness to contribute to the club's activities. The event effectively showcased the club's mission and provided a platform for interaction and engagement, setting the stage for a vibrant and active community of members.
